If something isn't working as expected, a few details can help us understand the problem. When reporting an issue, consider including:
- Motorcycle manufacturer and model
- The customization option you were using
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- Browser/device being used
If helpful, describe what you were seeing as clearly as possible.

BikeModifier's model library can grow over time, and rider suggestions can help identify motorcycles people want to customize. Send us the manufacturer, model and generation or year you're interested in. If there are particular modifications you'd like to experiment with, include those too.
Suggestions may be considered for future additions.

Yes. Select "Motorcycle Request" in the contact form and include the manufacturer, model and preferably the year or generation.
I found a problem with a 3D model. What should I include?
Tell us which motorcycle and customization option you were using and describe what appears incorrect. Details about your browser or device can also help with technical issues.
Does BikeModifier guarantee that visualized parts fit a real motorcycle?
No. BikeModifier is primarily a visualization tool. Always verify real-world compatibility, specifications and installation requirements before purchasing or installing motorcycle components.
Can I suggest a new customization feature?
Yes. Choose "Feature Suggestion" and explain what you would like to see and how it would improve the configurator.
